Story Line:
The story starts in Eve’s apartment where she is sitting on her couch and slowly slipping on her Sam & Libby strappy heels. “I love these shoes” she says as she gets them strapped up. Eve had out and grabs her purse. “Better take my map so I don’t get lost.
The next shot is eve walking to her Green Grand Am. Eve opens the door and gets in. (Camera is now in the back seat). Eve puts in the key in the ignition and starts the car. Eve Revs up the engine a few times. “I hope the car doesn’t give me trouble today, I have a long drive”. Eve reaches for her purse and pulls out a page of directions. “Better check the directions” Eve puts the directions back in her purse and back into the drivers seat.
Next we have 5 minutes of Eve driving normally on the way to her friend’s house. Listening to the radio. Changing radio stations (camera views from the back seat of eve driving. Some close ups of her feet working the pedals.)
Next Scene eve is driving around lost. Eve turns off the car radio. “Where is that turnoff I think I missed it” “Maybe if I go down this road just a little bit further. Eve drives for a few more minutes looking around and looking pensive. “I think I’m lost, I better pull over and look at the map. Eve pulls over and put her hazard lights on. She has her foot on the brake but never puts the car in Park. She takes out the map and the directions from her purse. (Close up camera view of eve looking at the map), (camera view from the back seat with eve’s foot on the brake.) While Eve is looking at the map she subtly turns the car off and pretends that is stalled. “Oh god, the car just died on me”. (Close up view of the warning lights on the dashboard. Even puts the map down and shifts the car into Park. She turns the key a few times and pumps the gas but it won’t start. “Oh no, it’s not starting” she keeps pumping the gas and turning the key.
Eve keeps trying to start it to no avail. “What am I going to do, I don’t want to be stranded here.” (Camera angle from the back seat)
After about 10 minutes
“It’s not starting for me, maybe I should go check under the hood” Eve pops the hood and gets out. Eve looks around under the hood. “What’s wrong with my car” Eve closes the hood and gets back in the car. “This is the same thing it did at the mall the other day it just wouldn’t start.” Eve starts cranking again and trying to start it. (Camera View is with the driver’s side door open this time. Approximately 4 minutes.
Final cranking segment (Camera View from rear seat) Eve continues to try to start the car until the battery dies. “Oh god, it sounds like the battery is dead now.” “It’s not even cranking for me”
Total of Approximately 20 minutes of cranking similar to videos 8 and 9. Mostly shot from the rear seat. Camera Views of eve’s foot on the gas pedal and turning the key. A few close ups of the warning lights on the dashboard. And a few camera views from the passenger side. Insert additional dialogue.
“Well I better go get some help” “I think I have my Keds in the trunk" Eve changes her shoes and heads off the call for help. Eve gets a jump-start for her dead battery. We don’t see the person who is helping her. “I hope it starts for me” Eve turns the key and pumps the gas with her white canvas Keds. The car starts up and eve revs it a few times. “I don’t want it to stall on me again”
After a few minutes of revving, Eve changes her shoes back to her Black Sam and Libby strappy heels. She turns off the hazard lights and pulls away. Followed by 2 minutes of Eve driving to her friend’s house. “I hope my car makes it there”
